Have you ever met a ceiling rat? 

Formerly known as a Pit Rat, this friendly creature has now retreated to classrooms on the upper floors of the Sandford Fleming Building due to the ongoing Pit Renovation. Recently, one of these rats was spotted in SF2202, and even made its way to the ceiling. This was discovered on Oct 4, 2025 by an intrepid team of adventurers, who sat in the room for four hours to finish their projects and eat food. 

The rat, though friendly and scared, was willing to do tricks in exchange for food (as tested by the Pit Floor Grime, who has also moved to SF2202), but also now demands a food sacrifice. One can only hope that the rat’s quest for a new home will not lead them to fall under the thrall of a malevolent vampire…
