Cats. Cats are some of the most incredible animals to have around. The feline form is incredible. From being able to land on all fours when falling through a great application of angular momentum through their tails, to their incredible senses. Cats have incredible senses in the dark, with great eyesight and tracking. Their eyes are incredible in the night, but are comparable to humans in daytime. Cat hearing is much better attuned to high pitches and is generally more sensitive than humans. A cat is much better at smelling than humans. Even if cats are tiny, their most overpowered trait is taming humans. Their ever-obedient servants have made them a dominant species, and incredible. Cats have also had a potential advantage through a parasite that typically infects rats and mice, making them less afraid of cats. This parasite has been theorized to possibly alter the brain chemistry of some ancestor to be less afraid of cats. This is theorized by some to be a cause of people’s love of cats. No matter the theories that some people cook up, cats are great!

The humble cat is in all cases an incredible companion; it does not need huge amounts of space, and are very independent yet being very good companions when they are feeling sociable.
