Hello everyone, concerned father here. Recently, my 7-week-old kitten was given a tablet by his aunt. While I didn’t mind it at first, it began to affect his character. He discovered an app called TikTok, and he spends all day pawing at his device, switching between all of the videos. Within a day, he was mindlessly entranced by all of the colours on this screen, and refused to frolic in the grass with me. Yesterday, I entered his room to witness him watching videos of dogs chewing on bones. When asked to play with his yarn, he called me a “WOOF” and continued swiping. Last night, I caught him on his tablet, making odd howling noises. When questioned, he simply said that he was a “sigma wolf.” Please, I am concerned that he’s becoming more like a dog, and has abandoned his cat ways.
