First of all, Twilight is ABOUT vampires. Think about it, Edward Cullen is the ideal man. He’s a gentleman, he’s handsome, he’s cool, and he takes care of Bella and keeps her out of danger from the evil vampires. What’s not to love?

Okay, (furry). Yeah maybe vampires are like, solidly made out of rock and are like freezing cold temperatures, but Edward is still better! He’s sensitive and he really cares what Bella WANTS. She chooses Edward over Jacob for a reason.



Did Jacob REALLY respect Bella’s choices? It seemed like he was constantly telling her to break up with Edward and date him instead. Doesn’t seem like he was respecting her choice of boyfriend, hmmmm?

Okay, but Jacob Black is like waaaaay more muscular and manly than Edward. He also starts out as Bella’s friend, who doesn’t love a supportive bestie to boyfriend arc? Also werewolves are so cool! Imagine being cold and getting to cuddle up with your boyfriend who just turned into essentially a giant puppy?



Oh yeah? It kind of seemed like he abandoned her for a bit and left her with her BEST FRIEND JACOB. You know, someone who ACTUALLY loves and respects her. Jacob would never have done that to Bella.



OH YEAH? Did Edward really respect Bella because I seem to remember him STALKING HER at the beginning? Creepy much? If you think Jacob is that bad, then so is Edward!
