Let’s imagine there’s an arcade. This arcade has many different moving parts. Now let’s talk about the employees. See the arcade will run without the employees, but no one will enjoy the arcade if there are no employees. Now one day, the big owners of the arcade decide they want to make some renovations to one of the most beloved parts of the arcade (granted this part has some broken outlets, and wasn’t entirely accessible), and the employees, wanting to make sure that they have some say in what happens, decide to put some money together. (I don’t know, say 1 million out of the 7 million needed for the renovations).
Now before we go on, it is important to note that, the employees not only don’t get paid to bartend, or entertain, or even do a little bit of governing, THEY ARE PAYING THE BIG OWNERS TO DO THESE JOBS.
ANYWAY, so these employees of this arcade know that things are happening, but they don’t know all of the specifics, because upper management doesn’t see them as important at all. Upper management only tells individuals the exact things they need in order to do their jobs, which is, like, fine and all, but CCing an extra 3 emails on an email chain never hurt anyone, right?
Now with all this being said, you would think that when they have the people to do these renovations someone might want to tell the employees within the week the builders agree to the deal, and not a week before this renovation is supposed to start. Not only this, one would think not only should we tell all the employees, but it would also make sense to tell all the customers who so very much love the arcade. These would all be logical and simple steps that take barely any time, so why would no one tell anyone about when things are happening??
Anyways, just a hypothetical, about a totally fake arcade.
