PINK PONY BASEBALL BAT

The song, “Pink Pony Club” is known for its use on the Toronto Blue Jays 2025 world series run as the walkup song for Davis Schneider, the mustache man. The song and Chappell Roan’s popularity come directly from Davis Schneider and when millions of people heard it when he walked up to bat. It was first played many times into the wee hours of the morning during the game 3 marathon, when Schneider took several at bats in the later innings, where he walked up (no walk up music for out of town players, lol). UofT planned for this to occur as they had just changed reading week but a year ago to accommodate students and professors watching the world series games until 3AM! Take that York and TeMU! No midterms during the World Series! (I know, I don’t like periods). The song was immortalized on the first pitch of game 5 when Babe Scheneider hit a home run off of arguably one of the greatest pitchers in baseball. While some may say “Pink Pony Club” has been known for years, it’s only widely known because of the boys in blue, and for no other reason whatsoever. “Pink Pony Club” is about pink ponies and baseball. That’s the theme, LA lol. Go Jays Go!
